There are reports of issues installing the Parsable mobile application on the Android Play Store. If a user account has not installed a previous version of the Parsable application on Android, they may see the following error messages: "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android"
If a user has previously installed the Parsable application, they should not get this error. This is related to our vendor (Google); we have escalated it and are awaiting next steps. Users on iOS should not have this issue.
While we don't have an ETA for a resolution, we are actively investigating and will post updates here. Thank you for your patience.
